I don’t know about you, but I’m not as bold as those guys that were recently cited for walking on Old Faithful Geyser, at Yellowstone National Park. Don’t they know that they could fall through the surface and be scalded or worse? But as the saying goes "boys will be boys". Two of them were cited for possessing a piece of the park, and another two for urinating at the geyser. C'mon guys, what is your mom going to think? A live webcast caught all of this on video and someone reported it to rangers. Turns out the six were concessionaire employees who work for the park. The citations are misdemeanors and thankfully no one was injured. Park rules require staying on boardwalks and prohibit going off trail in thermal feature areas.
